Your employer, the Indiana State Department of Health, and of course the ISRT if you are a member.
Who do I contact at the ISRT to change my address, email and/or name on my ISRT membership?
You can update your contact information by 1) logging into the site and updating your information on your profile or 2) email ISRT’s Executive Secretary, Hannah Jackson at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please type “update contact info” in the subject line.
What is the difference between ISRT and ISDH?
ISRT – "The purpose of the Indiana Society of Radiologic Technologists is to advance the professions of radiation and imaging disciplines and specialties; to maintain high standards of education; to enhance the quality of patient care; and to further the welfare of radiologic technologists."
ISDH – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) is the government agency which issues licenses to imaging professionals in the state of Indiana. The ISDH ensures that all medical imaging professionals in the state of Indiana are properly licensed to practice in the State of Indiana, according to the laws as written for our profession.
What is the difference between ARRT and ASRT?
“The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is the world’s largest credentialing organization that seeks to ensure high quality patient care in medical imaging, interventional procedures, and radiation therapy. We test and certify technologists and administer continuing education and ethics requirements for their annual registration.
